By creating an account or using CardMind, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What CardMind is
CardMind is an informational tool that tracks Magic: The Gathering card prices and detects market signals. Nothing on CardMind is financial or investment advice. All signals and analyses are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any buying or selling decisions you make.
No affiliation
CardMind is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, or any card marketplace. Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the Settings page. Access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Acceptable use
You may not use CardMind to scrape data, abuse the API, or circumvent tier limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
CardMind is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about accuracy, uptime, or the outcome of any trade made using information from this service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.
