01The service

CardMind is a market-data and tracking tool for collectible card games. We provide historical pricing, signals, and tools — not investment advice.

Service availability is best-effort. We target 99.9% monthly uptime and publish the current month's number on /status.

02Your account

You must be 13 or older. Under 18 you need a parent or guardian to agree on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your password secret. Tell us at security@cardmind.app immediately if you suspect compromise.

One person, one account. Sharing is fine; resale is not.

03Pricing data

Prices are sourced from public marketplaces and presented for informational use. Decisions you make based on this data are your own.

We do not guarantee accuracy of any individual price point. We do publish methodology and confidence flags.

04Acceptable use

No scraping the site beyond rate limits (60 req/min for the public API, 600 req/min for Pro).

No reselling our data feed without a written commercial license.

No reverse engineering the signal models.

05Cancellation & refund

Cancel any time. Monthly plans end at the period boundary. Annual plans are prorated and refunded for unused months.

Full refund within 14 days of first purchase, no questions.

06Liability

Service provided "as is." We are not liable for trading losses, missed alerts, or pricing decisions. Maximum liability is what you paid us in the prior 12 months.

This does not limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited by law.
